Return and Refund Policy:

1. Returns:

1.1. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of the delivery date not applicable for all products.

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at gbd.pharmacy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

1.3. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is opened or used, unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

1.4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

2. Refunds:

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

3.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at gbd.pharmacy@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

3.2. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or refund.

3.3. In the case of damaged or defective products, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

4. Prescription Medications:

4.1. Due to legal and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispensed.
